This is NOT a question, this is a suggestion. Patients with shakes, episodes of uncontrollable shivers/shakes. Try the following:
When the nuerological system tells the body to feel pain, you will feel pain. When your brain tells you to jump, you will jump. When you have shakes, your brain is sending off a pulse through the nervous system telling it to move, or shake. I suggest relaxing the mind, body, and encounter silent healing. Isolate yourself once a week from life, the world, and all other obstacles that may cause anxiety. ALSO keep in mind, your miscles have memory. If you normally catch a ball with your right hand, if someone throws something at you, you are bound to lift your right arm. Create muscle memory for your body. Pick up cardio, weight lifting, or other activities that include using your body's muscles. You will gain strength, and eventually your body may control the shakes when episode tries to present itself. No one has a real "Cure" for these symptoms, but I have found these simple practices to reduce episodes and sometimes prevent them from occuring.
