Trembling and Itching When Hungry?

Sometimes (although quite often recently) when I'm hungry my tummy and thighs itch, and I tremble. I also feel a little "on edge", maybe, and makes me unable to concentrate on anything.
Although it's not so much when I'm hungry, more when I haven't eaten for a while or haven't eaten much.
This will continue until I eat something, usually something sweet like chocolate or a banana (well, actually two bananas).

I've tried searching but  I can't find any explanation for it, not for the two symptoms together.

Thank you for replying. :)

I have actually been tested for diabetes three times, although the last one was about seven years ago. All came back negative.

Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of hypoglycemia. It is low blood sugar. Its symptoms include nervousness, sweating, intense hunger, trembling, weakness and palpitations.

I sincerely advise you to get your blood sugar levels and HbA1c evaluated for diabetes.

Pls remember, that diabetes can also cause itchy skin.So it has to be ruled out.

I hope it helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
