ongoing fever/now abnormally low

3 weeks of recurring fevers .weight lose(10-12 lbs in 3 weeks) As high as 104.5 steady at 100 .I can get it it down with aspirin for a while .now I am getting readings in the 96.1/96.4 range. My normal is 97.3 .Tests for HIV/tick fever/cat scratch fever/ruematoid arthritis/nueropothy/CBC/stool cultures/urine specimens .Chest xrays/abdominal CT scan .Nothing !All relatively normal /negative,slightly elevated WBC . I have had ulcerative colitis for 25 years. I am 51 white male/non smoker ,have a beer or two most days .I saw an infectious disease specialist for last consults . I had a round of Cipro (2 per day/10 days) ,now the sun is killing me! I feel like a vampire ! I live in North Carolina/no travels outside of state .

Beer isnt good for colitis. If you cant do without, maybe try Budweiser which is pasturised.

Aspirin isn't specific for fever and has potential dangers. Use paracetamol instead.
