Vaginal bleeding after Bowel movement

I ma 30 years old, I am awaiting ultrasound results (complaint of pain in lower left pelvic region). I had a Colpo / biopsy / and an ECC -- all Negative.

Since the biopsy I've been bleeding and spotting (30 days) ranging from brown and light to red and moderate (flow). Most noticable, I bleed vaginally when I have a BM. It is NOT from the anus, it IS from the vaginal area.

I also have slight lower back pain on the same side as the pelvic pain.

Fearful of Ovarain cancer.

Any suggestions? (age 30, good health other than high risk HPV, one child, one partner, NO "other" STD's, no cancer family history, mother diagnoesd endometriosis @ age 51)
