Many ongoing issues but no diagnosis from doctor

Hello,

Fyi probably a long post, but please any advice helps.

Lately I've had many issues going on. For 4-5 years now, but the last year everything has significantly worsened to wear it's hard to deal with, finally pushing me to seek medical help. My doctor has done a dozen blood tests, but has not said anything really about whats really wrong with me.
She has perscribed-
ALDACTONE 25mg for hirsutism on my face, chest, stomach and severely darkened arm hair.
IRON because my iron is incredibly low.
VITAMIN D 2000iu daily, but my derm said to take 5000iu so I started that- because my levels are also very very low.

My Symptoms- almost all of these have been on going, but worsened through the past year.

Mood swings
Feels like I'm going through a second puberty. Getting acne on my face and back is not bad but I've never ever really had acne until 22 which is about when everything started, attitude, oily scalp, just my roots(I could have gone a week with no shower if I wanted in the past. Now I can barley go a day), oily forehead.
Recent light longer hairs on my face, chin, cheeks, upper lip, and I have dark long hair on my abdomen, chest(not on the nipples) for around 4 years, but recently woresening.
Always tired even after 8 hours and even after 11 hours. All day.
Depressed
Easily agitated or angered
Acanthosis nigricans oh my neck, arm pits(really bad here), and inverter my breasts
Incredibly low sex drive
Very forgetful
Lose concentration easy
Foggy memory
Confused easily
Slow to react
Very weak and slow growing nails, I can bend them backwards
Very slow growing hair. 1.2 inches in 6 months.
Hair is vey dry and brittle, corse, thin. I feel like I lose more hair than most people.
I feel like I need to burp a lot
I poop probably every 3 days
Sometimes after I eat, even if it's only a little, I feel like I could throw up if I bend over. Sometimes I have.
Pimples on my chest. Little ones, but a lot. sometimes just white/slightly yellow liquid. Sometimes almost black solid, and sometimes substance like a black heads.
I feel really weak, like all my muscle strength reverted.
I know I have more symptoms, but these were all I could think of off the top of my head.

I can't really seem to lose weight too. I mean, I'm not intensely exercising. Just cardio thats enough to tire me. And I'm not doing an extreme diet. But I don't drink anything but water, and I cook my own dinner every day mostly. Usually meat and a side. Sometimes a noodle based dish. And I don't have junk food but on occasion maybe once a week or longer.

Since I started my aldactone I have lost 10 pounds in 1 1/2 months, but that's stopped. No weight loss since, and it's been about a month since I lost the weight. I think it was water weight since its a diuretic.
My hirtuism has faded too, on the face mostly. Still lots on my stomach, no change really. I'm not as tired as I used to be, so I thank the iron for that. My forehead isn't as oily, but still a bit. It never used to be.

She ruled out PCOS, had an ultrasounds and blood work.
She ruled out diabetes.
I thought I had a thyroid issue, but I don't think she thinks. She said I have a goiter(i can't tell. Sometimes I feel pressure when I swallow) I had an ultrasound, but she said it's fine. But tested just TSH. Normal being allowed up to 5.0.

Here are some of my test results.
TSH- 3.75
Testosterone- 41 ng/dL
Iron (FE)- 26 mcg/dL
Total Iron Binding Capacity-463 mcg/dL
Saturation- 6 %
Ferritin- 9ng
Vitamin D 16ng
Vitamin B12- 546 pg

Any ideas on what could be wrong?
Could it just be my low iron and Vitamin D that's making me have a lot of these symptoms?

Your D is low. B12 is pretty good since its above 500 but you want it closer to 1,000.
You need to be taking magnesium as well.

Get checked for some common but rarely diagnosed vein compression disorders. I have May-Thurner Syndrome and another one is Nutcracker Syndrome. They often happen together and combined will cause just about every one of the problems you're experiencing. This is due to the collateral veins that fill with blood to get around the compression sites and back to the heart. These collateral veins press again and. An actually dislodge organs along the way causing almost any problem in the body. Unfortunetely doctors know very little about these abdominal disorders and they often go undiagnosed. Send me a private message if you want more info.

I know what it's like to have a lot going on. Sometimes things are linked and sometimes things are not.
A couple of your symptoms on there sound like acid reflux of some kind.
A lot could be linked to a collagen issue or deficiency
Possibly some could be attributed to chronic fatigue syndrome
Maybe IBS

What about joint or muscle pain???
