Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
One possibility is fibromyalgia. Apart from fibromyalgia multiple joint pain is seen in hypothyroidism, low Vitamin D levels, Low Vit B12 levels, anemia, Hasimotos thyroiditis, gout (can sometimes cause multiple joint pain), rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, SLE, electrolyte disturbance particularly those involving calcium and magnesium, parathyroid gland problems, chondrocalcinosis and chronic fatigue syndrome.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!
i think you have a serious condition go straight to your doctor or your local hospital. i think your bones are very sensitive to movement and that is why they crack. you could also be suffering from lack of calcium. try to have more calcium to build up your bones because they could be very weak. some people suffer from bruising easily . they are on medication. your problem is similar with the cracking bones. you may need some prescribed medication from your doctor. you could try some calcium supplements/tablets. good luck.
