not sure but maybe not enough oxigen
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If you are diabetic and have been experiencing low blood sugar then this could be the cause for dizziness. Consult your specialist for a 24 hour blood glucose monitoring. The medication will need to be adjusted accordingly.
You also need to get examined to rule out a few things such as low blood pressure, postural hypotension, cervical spinal nerve compression, severe anemia, an underactive thyroid (called hypothyroidism), overactive thyroid (called hyperthyroidism), adrenal insufficiency (called Addison's disease), GERD, and internal ear infections. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Do consult your doctor. Take care!
Sounds like you have vertigo. It isn't serious, so don't worry. It's an imbalance of fluid in your ears. It makes you dizzy and the world spin. It seems like you have a mild case? If you were to have it checked out, you would have to see a specialist in the field of orthopedic and spine therapy. Basically what they do is tilt you head around (slowly and comfortably).
Low blood sugars could be the cause of your dizziness. Dehydration could cause it ... allergies. It seriously could be a number of things. But since you mentioned you're diabetic, I would say that's the problem. I suggest keeping hydrated and drink something with sugar to retain the water in your body. Hope that helps a little. Good luck.
