connection between small fibre Neuropathy and skin tags

is there a connection between small fibre neuropathy and Skin tags as the Skin tags and Neuropathy both developed about the same time. I have had all the neurologic examination neccesary to diagnose SFN and I noticed masses of skin tags forming around my neck under my breasts and hundreds of them forming down my spine. Understanding that SFN shows denervation in the epidermis, surely there must be a connection.

The rarity and lack of knowledge of this association is responsible for not conducting special stains for amyloid.
