does this sound like HIV or what? my vagina is sad :( PLS HELP

my story is a bit long so please bear with me. over the summer i hooked up with this guy a few times. i made sure he used a condom when we had sex but we did not have protected oral sex, so i gave him head and swallowed. there was a few instances where he tried to put it in me without a rubber and i told him to stop and that i wasnt comfortable with having unprotected sex. i didn't think anything of it until i got sick a few weeks later with an extreme sore throat, with white specks at the back of my throat. also symptoms of a yeast infection which i have never had before. i got tested for stds (including my throat) which came back negative. i also got tested for HIV which also came out negative although i did get a yeast infection and some kind of weird bacterial imbalance in my vagina lol i cant remember what it was called.
after i had sex with this person i also began to have skin issues. like hives. i got tested for environmental allergies but it turns out i dont have any. i was diagnosed with chronic hives to which they told me they don't know why it happens, which i think is bullsh-t. they also told me it would be wise to get tests for thyroid disease or an automimmune disease. all i know is that i never had skin issues like this before i slept with this person. so now im scared of having HIV again or something like an autoimmune disease.
also ever since having sex with this person i swear my vagina has never been the same. it's hard to describe. i sometimes have discharge which looks like toilet paper residue (it isnt excessive just a little bit) and also it hurts a little when i have sex with my current partner, like it feels tight. i don't know.
as i've come to figure out today during the time that i hooked up with that person, he was also having sex with many other girls. the fact that his sexual history is a mystery and he refuses to go get tested because he claims he is clean just disgusts me. i'm pretty sure he is a sociopath as well. great.
i have a doctor's appt next week. i want to get tested for HIV again, and thyroid, blood, etc. anyways i'm just not sure what this could be. i don't know what to do. if anyone has any advice at all i'd be so grateful. btw i'm a 20yr old female, 5'5, 120 pounds. struggled with binge eating disorder but i am recovering, i am a smoker and drink like once a week. constantly stressed and anxious and am pretty sure i have OCD as well. love my life!
