aching arms and legs

Hi, my arms and legs really ache, particularly near the joints and worse at evenings, stretching them helps but only while i'm holding the stretch. my elbows are double jointed but my knees are not. this has been since i was about 15, i was told they were growing pains, i'm now 26.

any help would be much appreciated

I would be sure to get a check by your physician.  Hopefully he/she will order some diagnostics to be done, namely RA panel,  and ESR blood work as well as an x-ray and an MRI if the x-ray doesn't show much.  You need to have more done than just attempting to treat it, by finding out the cause.  Good luck!

Hi Loz, I had the same issue an year before. I tried a lot of pain killer lotions, tablets but nothing worked for me. I ultimately came across http://www.doctorshealthpress.com/pain/best-natural-pain-relief-remedies

the natural remedies they've told on their site, helped a lot me to get rid of my joint pain.
