Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Sinusitis, refractive errors of the eye, migraine, cluster headaches, brain tumors, high blood pressure, tension headaches, inched nerves, poor or disturbed sleep etc are several causes of headaches. Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Are you on any medications? Anti depressants (as well as other medication) can cause what people call "brain zaps" which is a stabbing pain that last a few seconds. I get them all the time.
