Hi!
Yes, if there is a bleed in the brain, it can cause pressure in his head. This can also be fatal. Your husband must be rushed to the ER immediately.
Take care!

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If your husband has chest pain and has been bleeding from nose and ears and spitting blood then he has a clotting failure of some kind or low platelets or low Vit K. This can also cause bleed in the lungs, pleurisy, hemothorax and thus chest pain. This is not something he or you can tackle at home. As you are being advised, I would also say, rush to the ER.
Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Bleeding from the ears and mouth suggests a problem with blood clotting. It could be something as simple as a vitamin K deficiency.

It's clear your husband needs an in-person workup by a physician. Please urge him to do so.

The chest pain may or may not be cardiogenic. Again, that requires an evaluation by an M.D.
