increase in platelets

hello everyone,
since november 8th i have been feeling sick. joint pain, nerve pain, headaches, easybrusing, dizziness, acne and dry skin.when i first got sick, i got a really bad sinus infection followed by sever body ache and and i also became really depressed and on top of being sick and not eatting i lost some weight.i have never felt like this before. my weight is stable now because i have increased my foods. but im still not feeling well. at first my neutrophils were high and so were my iron levels. then my iron and all many other vitamins and minerals went down like creatine, calcium, potassium and things like that. my body just aches all the time, i only feel better when i double up on vitamins.since then i have had blood work done 3 times and my platelets are climbing and sometimes they go down a little bit, but slowly keep coming up. my white blood count was normal but over the last 3 weeks they shot up by 3000. i have been tested ofr hiv 5 times and the last test being on the 14th of march, they are all negative. i was concerned due to a very low risk possible exposure not certain. and i was tested on the 7th of december for all stds and they are all negative. the doctors cant find anything but i still feel like **** everyday, i just deal with it.anything would be appriciated.
last numbers
platelets 352
wbc 13000
they both keep fluctuating

Hi Tee,
One thing I should say is first be careful you are not taking too much of certain vitamins because that could cause problems too. When you get sick a lot of things can get out of whack. If your wbc count is still high then you should see your doctor again. It is really hard to say, just like with anyone else here who is struggling to find answers. A lot of times you will get one little answer here, no answer another place, borderline this and borderline that. It just seems to happen a lot. Since doctors are so busy and so many sick people are coming in and out, it sometimes takes a long time to find out what is going on. If you continue having issues with blood levels you could always see a hematologist. But, I would first get basic things done again by your family doctor and see if they can help you figure out what is going on with this bruising and elevated WBC. HUGS and hope you feel better soon

i am a normal 23 yr old female who does not smoke and rarely drinks, besides chronic stress i would have thought that if it was something serious it would have shown by now. i have had over half my thyroid removed for 7yrs now and i have never had any problems with that and i am not on any meds, my levels have always been normal. i had appendicitis last november and that was normal. i had a mono test 2 days ago and that was negative.
