intense Body Itch

My whole body itches. At first it started on my inner thighs. I would get these itchy round bruises...Then my lower abs and my growing area started itching. Wasn't getting any rashes or anything like that. Beside the bruises on my inner thighs. Now I have these little red bumpson my penis that itch like crazy.  At times it seems like the skin on my penis is dried out. Maybe from all the scratching?. But now its my whole body that itches. Only place that doesn't itch is my face. Does anyone have any idea? Thanks for your time.  Oh yea I have this cream called Triamcinolone Acetonide But not sure if its safe for Me to use it.

It could be scabies then. It is caused by a mite. So you both may need treatment. I would definitely tell the doctor your daughter got it too. He may want to see her as well. It is treatable but you will have to wash everything sheets towels etc. Let me know if they diagnose you with that and if they give you instructions on how to prevent reinfection.

Thanks I will be making a doctors app tomorrow and get that checked. Also I forgot to mention I had my daughter this weekend and slept on my bed with me I'm not sure if its because I told her about my itch but she started itching too. I've cleaned and washed my sheets I just can't think of what it could be that would also cause these red bumps down in my growing. Thanks a lot for your comments really helpful.

You might want to have your liver checked.  A liver disease or high iron can cause one to itch all over.

It may be a allergy to something new that you have tried? A new medication, a new detergent, anything you can think of? I use Triamcinolone. It is a steroid ointment and it is too much to use all over your body! You can't use that much. You can such down your adrenal glands. Definitely don't ever use steroid on your face unless directed by a doctor and then you will have to taper off of it because the cells on your face are different. And, don't get it in your eyes. So, you could try calamine lotion but it may sting in the genital area. You need to see a doctor since there is a rash. they may give you a steroid shot but if they do you will have to taper off with pills. I don't recommend it! But do see a doctor if it doesn't go away. Think hard of anything new you have tried? Did you put something on your body but not your face? New detergent on sheets or clothes but you don't pull sheets over your head?  Were you outside hiking or brush against something that you could be allergic to? I would take two Benedryl at night. Use the calamine and use vasaline on the penis it will actually help at night with the itching. Try not to scratch. You can get it infected with your fingernails and also spread it. Best  to see a doctor especially if you can figure out the cause.
