My vagina tingles out of nowhere.

I never used to deal with this before. Not like THIS (where I'm frequently getting this tingly sensation). Is this normal? It's like a pulsing sensation... it tickles. And I would only feel it when I saw a boy/man that I thought was attractive.. which I think is weird and abnormal for it to happen so much. I just don't understand. I thought it was something I would deal with on occasion. But now it happens the majority of the time. Even for no reason at all. I want to tell my mom about it but that would feel awkward for me... It's easier to write it down than to actually tell someone (in my case). Is this bad?

Yes, normal and depends on your imagination--but should not happen too often. If you have more questions please start a new post.

Is it normal to get that feeling when thinking about kissing someone? I would like to discuss this a little more. I have more questions and I am curious about other things that are perplexing to me.

Hi.
This shouldnt happen as often as you are saying, You are most probably experiencing these symptoms due to an increase of sex hormones in your body. EVERY time you see and attractive person this shouldnt happen. That tingling feeling is a rush of blood to your labia, which means your body is preparing itself for intercourse. You could have a mild form of Priapism, however i wouldnt think so. As for how to fix it...  I have no idea. Mental training could help.
Also you should not be afraid to talk to your mother about such things, it isnt a bad thing to be worried, its normal.

Hope this helped
Peace

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
It could just be a sense of maturing and interest in sex in your case. On the other hand it could be due to increase hormone secretion as seen in polycystic ovary and in adrenal gland problem. This needs to be ruled out. Try talking to someone you trust and maybe you will feel better after that. Talk to your mother—that’s best—and try and consult a gynecologist to rule out other causes.
Take care!
