Sore heel/ankle

Hello,
For the past two week the back of my heel is extremely tender and sore. It has recently gotten so bad that I cannot flex the foot far enough to walk properly. It is not so much the tendon or the muscle on my ankle that hurts, more so the back of the actual heel almost at the bottom of my foot. Any ideas?

Sounds like plantar fasciitis. Stretching and pt can help

Thanks for your question!

In this case of situation, I think one of the best ways is to try some massage on the back of the heel. All you need to do is using some coconut oil and gently massage on the affected area for two times per day.
