Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
This can be due infection or UTI (bacterial or fungal), STD, or due to prostatitis. It can even be due to infection of the head or penis, or due to some injury to the head of penis. Apart from a clinical examination to look for cuts and infection, you may need to give urine and semen for routine testing and culture, and may need swab tests for STD. At times stone in urinary tract too causes burning in urine.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral.
Take care!
it is possible you have a UTI bladder infection and if your sexually active could be something else either way you need to go to the Dr to be treated
