whats wrong with me???? please help!!!

hi there . I have asked this question before but I was hopeing that I would get a dr to maybe see it this time .
I Have been diagnosed with mixed connective tissue disease and have been in so much pain from it everyday . but they cant or wont help me with getting tests to find out where this numbness in my arms is coming from.  every night my arms go completly numb and my hands also . they also go numb just when i lay down anytime .
they feel very weak and feels like the blood is being cut off or something . Also when i get up i feel very very cold! every time i lay down !  the other thing is that inner arms are hard as rocks! every day now . they feel like they are going to burst thats how hard they are. also they feel very weak when i lift them .   what tests should i be getting done and what could this be ??   thank you for any help please :(

Thank you very much for your reply everyone . No It is not Carpel tunnel syndrome I have been tested for that three years ago I had a (EMG) done and am waiting on getting a second one from my Dr .                                                                                              I have also had most of the other tests done like blood sugar thyroid and B12  also Iron. those all came up good . I also had a MRI three years ago when this all started. I asked them are you sure that there are not any pintched nerves show up and they said no, that there is not .                                                                                                               As far as neuropathy I had it show up as possible perepheral neuropathys in  the legs tho!  the EMG three years ago and I do think that it has gotten way worse and did not show up in the ARMS ! as neuropathy so im very confused. one very nice lady I talk to on here said tht it could be (PVD) and if its not PVD and not b12 ot any of those things then what are some other things it could be ?????

You should get the following tests done: Blood sugar and complete thyroid profile, Vit B12, Lyme’s test, MRI of cervical spine to rule out pinched nerve, nerve conduction studies and dopplar studies to rule out deep vein thrombosis.Take care!

have you talked to your doctors about carpal tunnel syndrome???? If so, surgery can correct it.....

there is a problem with your nerves , perhaps the sensation of cold is part of it too, this is called neuropathy and to test it you do nerve conduction test in the affected  area, you may start having vit B12 injection if not contraindicated by your doctor
