my sis is 28 years old her Hb is 4 her smear examined shows decrease in the RBC COUNT, moderate degree of hypochromia, moderate degree of microcytosis and mild degree of macrocytosis ,many ovalocytes,tear drop cells ,target cells and schistocytes are also seen now what to do? please help
