Can someone please give me some idea what is happening to me?

So a little less than a year ago, I came down sick with a fever. I was actually feeling pretty good, for being sick, but that night I woke up after sleeping for about two hours. My mind was racing, my heart was beating so fast, I was sweating, and I couldn't feel my hands. I felt like my hands were dead. I started freaking out and my mind started doing weird things (I can't remember exactly what happened, but I remember arguing with myself and feeling like I was going insane). I got up and went into the bathroom to splash water on my face, but then I freaked out when I saw myself in the mirror. This lasted about 30-45 minutes until I calmed down and feeling returned to my hands, but I was so freaked out from what had happened I could not sleep the rest of the night. I spent the rest of that night crying in my room. A couple days later, I was diagnosed with pneumonia and put on antibiotics. About five months later, I was starting to feel sick again, and by then I had pretty much forgotten about what had happened. However, once again, this same thing happened to me, complete with all the previous symptoms. I was then diagnosed once again with pneumonia. Finally, about two months after that, this happened once again while I had a fever. However, this time I was diagnosed with a bad case of Strep throat. I really don't know what all is going on, I am always so scared that this will happen to me again. I think it might be some symptom to my fever, but I am not sure. Am I going crazy? Can someone please give me any idea about what is happening to me? Thank you so much!
