I also have something like this.  I feel the pain in my eyes after the sex. It is independent from partner. It's no problem when I make masturbation. What it can be... ?

Hi,

You seem to be suffering from coital cephalgia. This type of headache occurs due to raised blood pressure, muscle tightening and tension that occurs during sex. It is more common in women who are more prone to migraine and tension headache.
The treatment generally includes lying in a dark quiet room, cold compresses and OTC pain killers. Switching to a less active position also helps.

Agree that you should pursue this further. Have you seen an first an opthamologist and a then a neurologist?  Maybe ask a neurologist about the value of having an MRA scan to check for anything that is affecting the circulation in your brain. (I'm asking this because circulation is increased with sexual activity, and pain at that time can be a significant symptom.) Every time the doctor's tell you something came back normal, ask them what they're doing next.

Look up the symptoms of cluster headaches and see if that fits...If you haven't, get blood work done and look at it (get a copy). Ask the Dr about anything that shows out of the normal range, even if you don't understand the numbers. This may be related to a blood pressure, blood vessel, or blood level problem. (For example, an elevated blood calcium level can cause some of the symptoms you describe by causing poor regulation of your blood pressure and heart rate during activity). This is your body telling you something is going on. Keep pursuing it until you have an answer...
