Abdominal pain

I gave birth about 9 months ago and ever since i have been having severe abdominal pain! I had a normal pregnancy and a normal vaginal birth with no complications. I also was spotting for the first 5-6 motnhs straight after giving birth. At first the Dr said i had a bad bladder infection and there was a alot of blood in my urine, gave me medicine, and that didnt help.  I ended up going to the ER and they told me that I had a two inch cyst on my ovary and there was nothing they could do about it.  I let it go for a few months and it keeps getting progressively worse so i just recently went back to the emergency room and they gave me another ultrasound but theres no cyst!! they said it couldnt be appendicitis because its been happening for 9 months.  I thought it could be my gall bladder but they did a cat scan and saw NOTHING!! Its getting real severe though where its making me really nauseous and my whole body feels weak!  I have taken vicodine, oxycotin, and perkisets for the pain as well, and they just make me feel dizzy and loopy, but they dont even touch the pain!  If anyone has ANY ideas of what this could be, PLEASE let me know... or any at home remedies because i have no insurance to top it all off! I am just desperate for answers and for something to take this pain away.  The pain comes and goes, its not constant, its usually real bad in the mornings and when it hurts and i put pressure on it, that seems to help. HELP!!

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Consult a gynecologist to see if the uterus has suitably contracted and that there is no infection there that could be causing blood in urine and abdominal pain. Pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, IBS, Crohn’s disease, urinary bladder infection are the few things you should get investigated for. Give your urine sample for a culture and see if there is any growth. But first consult a gynecologist.
Hope this helps. Take care!
