Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Nausea, headache and pain I the back could be due to acidity, gastric reflux or duodeal ulcer or due to dilated bile duct with involvement of pancreas or a combination of either. Raise head end of bed. Take Omeprazole empty stomach in morning and an antacid gel at bedtime. Refrain from smoking, alcohol, fuzzy drinks, caffeine, and spicy food. See if this helps. You may also need to get your liver and pancreatic function assessed.
Please consult your PCP for this. Take care!
first id like to say, if your dr blew it off as being sinus problems, get a new dr! nausea and back pain are not common symptoms of sinus problems, a headache can be, but with these other symptoms, its unlikely. you do need to see a dr and have multiple testing done, focusing on the abdominal region. theres a lot of stuff in there, leaving you many possibilities. kidney stones, infection, bowel problems, ulcers, gallbladder, etc, etc, etc. also, a kidney infection doesnt usually show up when checking for bladder infection, but it can work down to the bladder. but theres many possibilities, so get to a dr, get bloodwork done, checking a broad spectrum of things. see if anything comes up and go from there.
Hi there have they perhaps looked at your gall bladder? It can cause intermittant pain in your back in fact it's reffered pain particularly after eating and can seem like it's all over and the nausea is something else. I had loads of vague symptoms like this for a very long time and eventually gall bladder was septic with stones and had to be removed. Check back with your doctor though as it could be any number of things. All the best.
