what is wrong with me

i am a 75 yr old woman who is moderately active who is 5ft 6 in tall weighing 134 pounds i started having light headed dizzy spells about 2 years ago occuring one to three times a month but recently ive been having them every day, with numbness in feet and a dull pain in right leg above knee at night. what could be wrong

mum, at your age , you need to be very careful about your medication and also cut down brain enforcement, eat more fruits and vegetables,and have enough sleep.

Possibly a back issue or bad circulation.  You really should see your Doctor.  These could signal several problems...some not so urgent...or something that can be helped right now.

You should see a doctor.  It might be vascular.  Dizziness can be benign positional vertigo.
