I have urine dribbling and inflammed urethra?

First it all started when I had a mild urine infection which I had a 3 day course of anti-biotics.
This appeared to not work, my symptoms were better but I still had them after.
My Doctor then said I needed a longer course - 7 weeks which I took.
I still had some symptoms and I had a urine test and swab(had no discharge though)

I still had symptoms but these were different, before I had itchiness and burning but now I feel like I'm dribbling urine and I go to the toilet frequently.

I'm worried what this could be - I'm a teenager and I feel that I have urethritis but not caused by infection.
Could It be caused by soap?

Thanks for your time.
