Bladder Wall Thickening

Can someone tell me what Bladder Wall Thickening due to incomplete distention means.  This was discovered on a CT scan unrelated to this. Although, I do suffering from UTI like symptoms, but I have no infection of any sort.  I have extreme pelvic pain, frequent and urgent need to urinate.  Often time, there is a delay even though the urge is strong to go, sometimes just few drops.  So I do suffer with this pain through the day on a daily basis.  Any ideas?  I am schedule to see a urologist in two weeks.
