Vaginal tingling

For about 4-5 months I’ve had intermittent vagjnal tingling, usually when I’m sitting in a certain position or laying down. Went to urologist, OB, and PCP - no answers. Had blood work done and urine analysis - all good. Also suffer from sciatica and started going to chiropractor. Other than back and hip pain I have no other pain.
