Sensation?

Hey guys..a few things, and this might be complex

When I first begin to urinate, my urine splits into two streams for about 2-5 seconds and than goes straight. The two streams sometimes go very much sideways and sometimes not. If I shake my penis right before I urinate, this does not happen. Any idea what may be wrong?

Also, I just had sex with my girlfriend for the first time. During foreplay, she was giving me a handjob and than gave me oral sex. Throughout all of this, and with any girls, it was hard for me to come to climax...it almost felt like there was NO sensation from anything she did, and it took very long for me to ejaculate, but i was hard the whole time. When I "tensed" my body (ab muscles I think?) my penis felt harder (she said so also) and I felt the sensation much more, but this "tensing" does not feel good and it almost hurts to ejaculate in this tensed state.
-When I masturbate, I can *** in less than five minutes very easily, so I am thinking it might be psychologically/anxiety based. I masturbate to porn and read something about how porn gives you much higher stimulation and nothing can compare to it?

When I was having sex with her, I was able to last seemingly forever; but I did not enjoy the sex that much. I again, did not really feel it on my penis.

thanks for the help, I know its a lot of questions
alex
