After frenuloplasty

I had a frenuloplasty done 24 hrs ago because of ripped frenulum, and the the urologist said today that it is healing nicely, but hasn't provided much info on how should I proceed. Is it allright to remove foreskin and wash the glans or should I wait a little while? I know stitches come out by themselves after ten days or so, but i wonder how long should I wait before having sex and how long should I prevent erection. Thanks in advance.

Hi there I had my frenuloplasty last week, and my doctor did no give me a lot of information, tho mine was not stitched, he cauterized it, he said it heals faster. He told me no sex for 6 weeks, "That's a long time" but Ok... And I started cleaning it with warm water and salt the second day, I am on day 8 and it is looking very good.
