I am a healthy 18 year old who aprox 6-8 weeks ago (or possibility longer i never did pinpoint the exact date) contracted what i thought to be a lympocele. I was not sure what was going on at first so i maintained my normal sexual behavior and masturbation. The best way to describe my condition is a soft lump on the upper left side of my penis just under the tip. The swelling is never hard so i ruled out sclerosing lymphangitis. Also i never see an actually inflmated lymph vessel but rather just a lumpy collection of fluid. But for the past 3 weeks or so i have greatly reduced masturbation. I would say around 1 every 4 days. In addition i never touch the swelling directly only the underside of my penis during masturbation. But still i do not believe the condition has resolved at all. I feel as if I have not seen it really swollen really simply because i have not touched the area directly. At the start of this condition i was masturbate normally and the lymphocele would inflame to much larger its orgininal size. So i have two main questions
Should i just cut out all sexually activity and masturbation even if im not touching the swelling directly even though that effectively is already what i have been doing to no avail?
What should i make of the lymphocele's lack of improvement?
I know that these things tend to disappear as mysteriously as they appear but it has been a while now and in all honesty my penis has not endured any great irritation within the past 3 weeks but the lump appears the same.
