CT SCAN BLADDER WALL THICKENED

Hi, my name is Adam and I am freaking out a little.   I just got a CT scan at the ER because I was urinating frequently and had dull pain from severe anxiety.  I am freaking out again because it says IMPRESSION:
THE BLADDER WALL IS THICKENED.  THE DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS INCLUDES THICKENING DUE TO NONDISTENTION OR CYSTITIS.

My questions is : Is it possible that my bladder was empty or partially empty and looked as if it had bladder wall thickening?  I read that radiologists can misdiagnose this if the bladder is empty or partially full.
Please help me I am really scared, as I am only 33 and scared of having urinary problems.
