Can I get an erection after a penile implant has been removed?
In 2013 I had an penile implant because of ED. I had to have it removed because of an infection. My urologist wanted me to have reconstructive surgery (my wife does not want me to have anymore surgery on my penis),so is there anyway to achieve an erection without the insides of my penis being reconstructed?
