Darker spot on penis body

I practically have the exact thing as this one: https://www.medhelp.org/posts/Urology/Dark-spot-on-penis-from-masturbating-/show/1675248?li_source=LI&li_medium=default-widget-top Some person answered that it should go away in 6 months or so. I had a friction burn in my penis body. It healed on February and then the darker spot appeared. I'm not sure if the spot has really changed, I've only noticed recently that I has gotten slightly ligher. Do I really have to worry about it? As the other guy, I applicated some pommades to make it fade away faster, without succeeding. Should I forget about this and just hope that in some months this is gone? Should I visit a doctor if it doesn't disappear by then? Some people also said it could be a bruise, but I don't feel any pain or itch on it, so I had been masturbating normally, could it worsen it? What should I do? Any help is trully appreciated.

I think it will fade if you don't keep aggravating it.  Since it is already fading some, that's is evidence of this.
