Circumcision

Sir,
I am 35 Yrs and married for over 5 years. The penis forskin does not move back during errection and causes discomfort during intercourse.  Do you advise circumcision. If yes can you please suggest suitable hospitals in Bangalore

You may stretch your foreskin manually so that it will retract.

Hi

Tight foreskin can be treated by manual stretching exercises (for mild cases), frenuloplasty  or by circumcision. It is very important to have a medical examination to check if your foreskin is too tight and the type of intervention that you might require.

You should consult a urologist in for further treatment.
