puberty pain in scrotum

i am 14 years old, i am going through puberty, i have pains in my testicles they hurt when i walk and sit and touch them, i dont masturbate, but i get horny. and erect my mom took me to the emergency room because it hurted for 3 days straight now the doctor didnt find anythng bad on the ultrasound, no twisting or anything, and he said i had no urinary track infection, it stills hurts, is this part of my puberty, mom said it is and she seems worry all the time, she dont want me in pain and give me a motrin, but the motrin dont help.  please help me, i'm scared.

If everything else is ruled out and there is no infection or physiogogical factors for your pain, I'd suggest masturbating (or is there a reason why not to masturbate) - it is known fact, that if a man doesn't ejaculate regulary, it can cause prostatitis/prostate pain symptoms - they can be felt as a pain in testicles.
