How can I tell if I've damaged my penis due to priapism?

Have not been able to achieve an erection in 5 days. My penis feels weak and somewhat bruised internally. Mainly at the base of shAft and the right side of shaft. Tried several times times to activate it by stroking it. Even had my girl stroke it and nothing. The color appears a bit darker than normal. It's subtle but I noticed.
I don't recall having a painful 4 hour erection prior. I was taking an ED supplement. It worked extremely well. took it for 3 months maybe  once or twice a week. Gave me good erections. Never For 4 hours though. The blood would flow out after sex. There was one time recently that I kept going after ejaculation. My penis felt sore during and afterward. Could this have caused damage? That was 2 weeks ago.
The ED symptoms started 5 days ago. I was alRmed because I tried the ED supplement go try and treat the problem and it didn't work. It usually does. Please Ian struggling with anxiety from this issue. Can't concentrate.
