Delayed Ejaculation

My boyfriend & I are in a pickle. We're young and we've found a little problem. He isn't able to ejaculate - ever. He says he has never been able to reach climax before, not through masturbation, or anything else. Neither of us are happy with the situation and both leave unsatisfied. He wont go to a doctor and ask about it either.

He is on some pretty heavy allergy medication - that's the only medication he takes. Could that have anything to do with it?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Is it all right to ask how old your boyfriend is ?

Problems with sexual response such as failure to ejaculate and inability to reach orgasm may be due to underlying psychological factors. With regards to the allergy medications, I am not certain if this has any direct effect on your boyfriend's condition.Nevertheless, an organic cause still has to be ruled out. An assessment of the prostate and a neurologic examination to evaluate any nerve deficits in the groin area may help.

I suggest that he seek consult with a urologist. He may also benefit from a sex therapist and counselling sessions with a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist.
