Infection or not?

.suffered peeing like a racehorse day and night for a year, no pain, odour etc. Tested and no infections. Last week after few hours walking in shops, got very achey in legs, groin and back so home to bed for an hour which usually fixes it. Didn't work so on Panadeine forte x4 whicch dulled it. Next day early am, same pain, same amount of Panadeine and had to repeat that night. Day after, same again but Panadeine not working so off to GP I have never seen before, it being the weekend. He tests urine, finds blood and ketones, no infection( due to dehydration he says) then prescribes Keflex( antibiotic). Day 4 and I am peeing half as much and no pain. Can it really be I have put up with this crap for over a year because no infection was found, obviously they missed it...even the bloody urologist who said I have a half size bladder(due to age) and some people"just bleed"...WTF?...I cannot believe the ineptitude of some of the medical profession. Maybe this is why I have had trouble with the LDN also...feeling pretty good physically today but mad as a meat axe...what if their incompetence has damaged something, not to mention my crap quality of life living in the toilet. Even the GP who prescribes my bio identical hormones said given my symptoms, antibiotics are the first line of treatment, yet even she did not ask if I had been put on any....ARRRGGGHH
Ok all, sorry for the rant but it is hard for us who do our research to try to get good results from supposedly educated people without bruising their professional egos, thereby guaranteeing no fair treatment for ourselves which can lead to death as you see in the news all the time.
