Epididymitis

Hi. First of all I Would like to thank the efforts put up by you guys here. 3 yrs ago I was hit accidentally by a friend who was drunk. I was trying to lift him up and  it hurt my back and he hit my left testicle / groin area. I have been having pain since then. As I am afraid of penetrative sex due to this pain. I only recieved blow jobs ( insertive fellatio ) my groin pain had not stopped yet since 3 yrs . I had issues climbing stairs too but they improved after a short course of medication.
My pain has increased since past few months specifically after i masturbated 3/4times in a single day. My balls seemed wrong. After some relief spontaneously i went for a blow job  1 month back.My pain increased and I developed white penile discharge  after 1 week. Strangely the sonography of scrotum showed epididymorchitus and the doctor said its nothing to worry about , everything is fine , and no injury is visible , no torsion no cyst no swelling, no abnormalities in size. I took 3/4 days course for Doxy The discharge went away. Although the pain continued similar to one which was there at time of injury. Now again after 2 weeks  I am having whitish discharge with throbbing penile ( over head of penis ) pain. I am on medications again the improvement is markedly less than the previous course. Am on 5th day of Doxy and Cefuroxime Clav. Along with Alfuzosin and Amitriptyline. This time course is of 10 days duration. I got extremely weak with joint pain which has improved. My current symptoms are pelvic penile n lower back pain and weakness.I have shown to 3 Urologists , all saying epididymitis.  And also saying it may not be related to STD. Yesterday after seeing something i got horny and suddenly my testes swelled. They are okay now . But sometimes i feel my balls are not okay.
Regardless of the cause, i only wish to be cured completely. Can anyone please shed some light on my issues. I am depressed as I want to have penetrative anal and vaginal sex which  i never had in my life. How can I get a good sexual life. Can it be psychological too? I have anxiety issues too  Sometimes i get so depressed that whats the meaning of life if you can't have sex.
