Erectile dysfunction

Approximatley 9 months ago i did some penis stretching exercises for 4 continuous days for 30min sessions.  On the 5th day i tried masturbating and had no sensation at all i reached orgasm but the penis was almost flaccid.  A couple of days later i tried to have sex but no feeling at all and could not get an erection.

9 months on and generally i do not get erections during the night sometimes very soft ones, no spontaneous erections at all.  When i try hard to get an erection it is difficullt, and i cannot hold it at all.

I am obviously very concerned can you offer any advice

Hi,

You must have had a minor penile injury as a result of the stretching exercises.This may also be nerve related in case the nerve has been irritated or impinged by nearby structures.

Failure in erection occurs in at least 25% of the time?

You have also mentioned of a decrease in your nighttime erections.

Erectile dysfunction may have both organic and psychological causes  and in your case this may suggest a more organic cause.Erectile dysfunction is managed based on the underlying cause . A penile ultrasound and a complete neurologic examination may be able to help in your case.

Refrain from unnecessarily manipulating the area.Your physician will be able to guide you more on this after a proper assessment.

Gee;

It sounds like you've damaged your penis with those stretching exercises.  For the record, those don't work.  Nothing like that works.  Only surgery can change your penis size.

You need to get to the doctor ASAP to make sure you didn't damage it too badly.
