What could cause my ejaculate to decrease in volume and velocity?

When I masturbate I have the same feeling of orgasm but as little as two months ago it (semen) would have gone onto my chest but now it just drips out a bit.  Now it’s usually the clear semen not the milky stuff.  Both the annual physical and the digital exam by my doctor resulted in nothing detected.

what's your age?  Volume decreases as we get older, or if you're dehydrated that will also cause it.
