Hematuria Question

I had hematuria 6 months ago about 3 or 4 times and it only occured after dry humping. I went to the doctor to get it checked out and I had a urninary tract infection. A cat scan and a fish test done as well. Both tests came back normal and I did not experience any problems since. The doctor had also requested to insert a camera in my penis but as the other 2 tests came back negative I declined. Last night my girlfriend was over and she was grinding on my pelvis region and when I woke up this morning I was pissing blood again which stopped after the second time I had urinated that day.
Is this something similar to joggers hematuria or do I need to have this checked out again? I do not experience any pain other then a slight burning at the tip of my penis when there is blood.

Okay so after my last episode, I passed 1 or 2 clots throughout the next few days and then did not experience any problems for the next ten days. My girlfriend was just over tonight and she was sitting on top of me for awhile and when I went to the bathroom I was pissing blood again. There was no pain associated with this, but Im starting to get annoyed by the problem. Any thoughts?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Blood in the urine can present in one of two ways: gross hematuria (blood that you can see in the urine), and microscopic hematuria (blood that is only seen when the urine is examined under a microscope). Both types can have serious causes. If you are passing different-shaped clots in your stream, they could represent bleeding from the urethra or prostate (in men). Clots can be wormlike, and if associated with pain it could represent clots coming from your ureters(tubes from your kidneys to your bladder).

Since it was only one episode, nothing is to be done as the tests are clear. If the repeat happens, then diagnostic tests that may be performed include Urinalysis, Urine culture, X-rays of the kidneys, Cystoscopy, IVP, Abdominal ultrasound and CT scan of the abdomen.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
