I have hemorrhoids and a history of pressure on my perineum and right buttock. I can only feel the orgasm sensation in my testicles but not my penis. Over time the sensation has diminished from the tip of the penis to down to the base. I can barely feel it throbbing i.e. i dont feel the internal "hardness" when its erect. I just know im erect because i can see it. What nerve can be affecting this if i can feel my testicles but not my penis, that is if the nerve is damaged?
