Can prostatitis cause sore throat and enlarged lymph nodes?

33 year old male.

Recently was diagnosed with prostatitis - prostrate felt soft to doctor. Some painful urination, abdominal pain, felt like I got kicked in the balls after ejaculation.

I was put on antibiotics for about 2 weeks. At about the 12th day of antibiotics, I had a sore throat - still have it 10 days later and I was put back on antibiotics... and now lymph nodes are enlarged. Since prostatitis is a bacterial infection, is it a possibility that the sore throat and lymph nodes are related to prostatitis?
