Hi,

If you were able to retract the foreskin completely but now can't, it is possible that you have balanitis. I had this in 2008, the female doctor right away suggested a circ job.
I told her that I would not entertain that idea and then was prescribe a steroid cream. After using it for about a week, I started to notice a difference.
In my case it was most likely due to having had a catheter in for nearly a year. it was the first time that I had come down with this.

Have a consultation with a doctor and let them know that getting circumwacked is not an option.

All the best.

have you always had this problem. Sometimes if you don’t pull the foreskin back it can get tight. also the foreskin is attached to the head at a young age . If you have never pulled it back before take it slow and do it slow but lots during the day. Over time it will go all the way. With mine I had to separate the foreskin from the head. if your un sure go to a foreskin friendly doc and ask about it there

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello John,

It can be due to smegma deposition, adhesions forming or due to phimosis skin. People with phimosis cannot move their foreskin and cannot clear or wash under foreskin of penis. You must not try to pull it back as it will cause pain. You must consult a doctor who will prescribe you some lotion or gel and if does not helps then it has a simple surgical treatment known as circumcision. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
