Little lump on top of my right testicle is it serious?
I just turned 14 and i found a little lump on my top right testicle that moves around when touches. idk what it is but I'm scared. My ball sac its like sometimes red cause it itches sometimes. I don't have paint or blood on my penis. I was wondering if it could be puberty or something really serious
