MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
Mesenteric lymph nodes if enlarged and symptomatic need further evaluation and treatment and in case they are small in size and not causing any symptoms, they don’t need any further evaluation. They have got no relation with the stone in the ureter. Further evaluation can be done with the help of a CT scan abdomen. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
