I think i have Balanitis but my doctor says different

Well i went to my doctors 2days ago, i had these flesh colors dots under my penis head i showed it to him, it wasnt warts or herpes he said it was inflammation I only have one sex partner and we havent been sexual active for 3months because im on a business trip, but now it seems like my foreskin is having a hard time coming back up after it goes below the head, so do i have Balanitis since my doctor said i had Inflammation? and what should i do? because when i get fully erected and i tried to masturbate the head turns a bit red because i was just checking the symptoms i have no discharges of what so ever, so what should i do?

How are you? Balanitis is inflammation of the glans penis.Inflammation has many possible causes, including irritation by environmental substances, physical trauma, and infection by a wide variety of pathogens. Diabetes can make balanitis more likely, especially if the blood sugar is poorly controlled. Diagnosis may include careful identification of the cause with swabs and cultures. It would be good to confirm the diagnosis and see your doctor for proper management.

I hope this helps. Take care and keep us posted.
