Ongoing problems

Hello. I would be grateful of your advice. 27th Dec I had a sexual encounter with a female. Protected vaginal only for a minute or so and unprotected oral both ways. A day or so later I felt my penis was moist and slight clear discharge inside the urethra. Went to clinic and confirmed I had White cells and nsu. I was given azithromycin to take which I did. Swabs were taken and all stds came back as negative. I was still getting symptoms so went back to clinic. Dr took swab and said no sign of infection and all clear of STD. Female I had encounter with also got checked and was negative for all STD. I was still getting symptoms so went back again and was checked by another Dr. He swabbed and said no sign of infection. I left it for a week or so but was still feeling my urethra had clear liquid in it and when I looked inside I could see liquid. Also stickiness of penis head through day and on morning. I went to GP who checked my urine which was normal and gave me 10 days of tremathoprim anti biotics. They have not cleared it. What could it be? I am very concerned. Many thanks.

I have been checked for urethritis twice in the last month at a sexual health clinic which were negative and i have tested negative for all stds as has the person i had the sexual encounter with.
I have looked at some photos balanoposthitis and this does not seem to correspond with my condition.
it is a feeling that there is liquid inside my uretha and when i look inside there is a small amount of liquid inside. The end of my penis sometimes feels sticky and then every morning or 2 there is a very small amount of clear discharge if i squeeze the end of my penis gently.
Is it normal to have a small amount of fluid in the uretha? could this be me being paranoid?
So far i have taken azithroycin, erythromicin, and  tremathoprim in relation to this problem.
Should this have cured any potential problem?
Urine test last week also came back as normal.
Many Thanks.I appreciate your advice.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it can be due to balanoposthitis which is due to fungal infection or due to urethritis. Urethritis can be due to STD’S like Chlamydia or gonorrhea, chemical irritation caused by soaps, lotions etc, masturbation and bacterial infections of the urethra.

I suggest you to discuss these two possibilities with a urologist.
I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
