hi , your symptoms sound similar to some type of prostatism especially the tip of penis pain i have this and have prostatitis i alos get groin and leg pain too - have you had your prostate checked , i dont want to alarm you im in my 20s and have this - do you have any urinary issues like frequency and waking up in the night to go , perineal pain ? you may have a rare nerve problem called pudendal neurlagia i have this too and symptoms are very similar , hope this helps but you need further testing like cystoscopy and urodynamics by urologist .

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. With a normal urine tests infections/ inflammations are practically ruled out. Other possibilities that may need to be considered include erosions, ulcers, calculi, growths/ masses, neuro-muscular issues, referred pain from other regions etc. I would suggest considering a detailed evaluation by a primary care physician or a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
